President Bush said the US needed a stronger death penalty.

If he means that dead Lassris Turners and Zingers pose no threats, he's correct. Good to his word, he will drag 45,000 Israelis to Guantanamo Bay line them along a wall for execution. If they refuse to cooperate, he can post a bounty on them. Still alive, the President can then begin with the weapons of mass destruction.

If he had done this with 75,000 Iraqi war criminals, they would not be killing Americans today.

It is difficult to imagine how the Germans recruited 153,000 for death camp work.
Such a task would have been impossible if the recruits would have known they faced execution at war's end.

Give us a better plan; we'll listen.
Better yet, send your ideas to the governments.
